Additionally, it is ideal for creating the perfect spikes to create the ultimate wet look.
Application
Apply the product to a cleansing brush, massage it onto the eyelids and natural lash line and gently sweep it over the upper and lower lashes in a sweeping motion. Then rinse the eyelids and lashes with warm water.
